One Invoice. Our flexible payments options mean that you can choose to receive invoices at individual sites or a single invoice to your main office. This system accommodates retail groups that currently pay for window cleaning using petty cash without the need of an invoice from the window cleaner. These multiple payments will be covered by a single invoice sent a central account, so reducing the cost of processing multiple invoices.
Satisfaction Dockets. Whilst there is software available to track work completion we have decided to keep to traditional satisfaction dockets that require a signature. Our window cleaning teams are committed to providing a quality service. We ask them to request a signed customer satisfaction docket for each clean carried out. This will be passed on to the management team and filed as a record that the job was completed satisfactorily. Thus it is the responsibility of the operative to ensure that the work is satisfactory before leaving the site.
