Nationwide Window Cleaning providers LaddersFree, and our team of more than 300 operatives have been providing a national window cleaning service to customers across the UK for more than twelve years. What differentiates us from our competitors is that we use local window cleaners that live and work in towns and cities across the UK, minimising travelling time and reducing costs.
By using LaddersFree, our customers get the benefits of a local service where the operatives will already be providing window cleaning to other businesses in the area combined with the efficiencies of using a nationwide service provider, including one point of contact, one invoice, Health & Safety compliance and our quality guarantee.
Our local teams are able to offer a complete range of techniques and technologies including traditional window cleaning, water-fed poles, mobile platforms, abseil and rope access window cleaning, and other specialist cleaning services for gutters, cladding, signage and fascias.
We provide services to a wide range of businesses in both the private and public sectors including high street retailers, hotel groups, commercial offices, property management companies, council buildings, shopping centres, stadiums and schools. Our team of national window cleaners can clean all premises regardless of the size, location and frequency of the clean.
Compliance with Health & Safety. As the building owner or person responsible for overseeing window cleaning at your premises, you are legally responsible for ensuring your window cleaners are adequately insured, comply with legislation and take the necessary precautions to minimise the risks associated with window cleaning. Because you and your business could be held responsible if you do not comply with legislation choosing the right window cleaning is vitally important. With LaddersFree you will get consistent Health & Safety standards across all sites. Not only do we comply with legislation but we provide you with a copy of our own Health & Safety manual which sets out our safety and environmental policies; window cleaning guidelines; and a generic risk assessment and method statement for all window cleaning methods
Recognition for Health & Safety Standards. LaddersFree have been recognised for its high standards of Health & Safety. SAFE contractor Approved. A government run Health & Safety assessment scheme that provides customers with the assurance that accredited contractors are fully compliant with HSE regulations and are fully insured. LaddersFree has been SAFE contractor approved every year since 2008. CHAS Accredited. The Contractor’s Health & Safety Assessment Scheme accreditation demonstrates that we have been successfully assessed for our safety policy statement, our Health & Safety in practice and specific Health & Safety arrangements.
Reduced Window Cleaning Cost. By uniquely providing a national window cleaning service using local teams we can reduce our costs and we are able to pass the savings on to our customers. Our nationwide service can cost less than employing different window cleaners at different sites. Due to the amount of work we are able to give our teams there is little or no travelling between jobs helping us to provide a top quality service at a competitive price. There are also indirect cost savings from reduced administrative overheads associated with having just one invoice and dealing with just one company.
"Just a short note to say how pleased we are with the quality and cost of the window cleaning service you are providing for us on our Store Portfolio. You have removed obvious health & safety headaches for us with your ‘ladders free’ system and you always respond promptly to requests for quotations, changes to frequency of cleaning, etc."

"As example of the level of flexibility and tight command structure that LaddersFree possess is the day before the launch of one of the most prestigious Topshop’s in Europe, I was able to get LaddersFree to cost, carry out a courtesy call and fully clean a different Topshop, simultaneously in preparation for the planned visit that was announced at the last minute"

Single Point of Contact. By providing a single point of contact we are able to provide a consistent service across your organisation. All calls are logged with any service issues dealt with promptly and efficiently. You will be assigned a key account manager whose role will be to ensure that each of your sites receives a satisfactory service. We also carry out audits and review any feedback as part of our quality improvement policy.
One Invoice. Our flexible payment options mean that you can choose to receive invoices at individual sites or a single invoice to your main office. This system accommodates retail groups that currently pay for window cleaning using petty cash without the need of an invoice from the window cleaner. These multiple payments will be covered by a single invoice sent a central account, so reducing the cost of processing multiple invoices.
Satisfaction Dockets. Whilst there is software available to track work completion we have decided to keep to traditional satisfaction dockets that require a signature. Our window cleaning teams are committed to providing a quality service. We ask them to request a signed customer satisfaction docket for each clean carried out. This will be passed on to the management team and filed as a record that the job was completed satisfactorily. Thus it is the responsibility of the operative to ensure that the work is satisfactory before leaving the site.
